Despite his accomplishments in youth development, Ihor didn't confine his efforts solely to that realm. He successfully ventured into coaching adult teams, assuming the role of head coach at HC "Ice Wolves". Presently, he plays a pivotal role in nurturing young talents at HC "Kyiv Capitals", consistently making invaluable contributions to the advancement of hockey in Ukraine.

During his coaching tenure at "Kryzhynka", Ihor nurtured a generation of champions, clinching twelve gold medals at youth and junior championships across Ukraine. Among his notable achievements, his pupils secured first place at the esteemed tournament in Denver, USA, in 2017. Many of his proteges have gone on to represent or are poised to represent the junior, youth, and national teams of Ukraine, a testament to his unwavering dedication.
