Today, Ihor Arkhypenko’s team will face off against Kyiv Capitals in the third match of ongoing championship. Vadym Shakhraichuk’s squad has been performing well, securing victories against Dnipro, Sokil, and Kremenchuk in their previous matchups. The only team to defeat Capitals so far this season is the current championship leaders, Storm-Odesa.

Kyiv Capitals have undergone some changes in their roster, with several players departing and new additions joining the team. Players like Boris Babik, Pavlo Taran, Eetu Moksunen, Denys Khonin, Kostiantyn Riabenko, Danylo Babchuk, Yehor Bezuhlyi and Vladyslav Kutsevych have left, while new faces like Vladyslav Teamriuc, Sevastian Karpenko, Nikita Liesnikov, Oleksii Melnykov, Matvii Mazko, Mykhailo Vasyliiev and Nick Vilardo who has already achieved a shutout this season, have joined Vadym Shakhraichuk’s team.

Last season, many players from Kryzhynka trained with Kyiv Capitals, and took part in championship games. Also Artem Arkhypenko and Yaroslav Andriichuk who started season in Capitals, have joined to Kryzynka.

Undoubtedly, Kyiv Capitals is a more experienced team, but Kryzhynka will try to continue to follow the path of progress as it was from the first to the second match and show meaningful hockey.
